You can cancel or reschedule the service anytime through ezone platforms (website/mobile application/customer care number). You are allowed to cancel/reschedule the requests before 30 minutes (in case of scheduled service) of the scheduled time and before 10 minutes in case of on-time job without cancellation/inconvenience fee.
